Integration of open EO and IoT data for Decision Support on small farms

ELMIBIT, developer of eVineyard software solutions, and its partner Riscognition will in the scope of the e-shape project linked EO and farm IoT data for better decision support.

At ELMIBIT, we are proud to announce that together with our partner, we were selected as one of the Pilot projects on the e-shape 1st open call. e-shape is an EU-funded project that fosters the development of valuable Earth Observation services with and for the users. Together with our partner, Riscognition, we will integrate free and open data, especially the Earth-observing Copernicus Sentinels, into the decision support system (DSS). By linking EO data with ground measurements from the Internet of Things (IoT) devices providing in-situ field measures, the automated farm management systems will provide farmers and growers with actionable and timely information to improve their productivity. The solution will support small vineyard holders to become more sustainable and competitive. Learn more about the Pilot here.
